We hope you love your order! Since our stationery bundles and curated sets are carefully prepared just for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on these items.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item/s.

We'll review your request and do our best to make it right.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
